Victorian Floral Planetary Correspondences
Here are the Victorian Era correspondences for certain plants.
Sun – Orange, saffron, chamolile, sunflower, rosemary, marigold day lily
Moon – Melon, pumpkin, water lilies, lettuce, willow, wintergreen
Mercury – carrot, marjoram, caraway, parsley, fennel
Venus –Primrose, periwinkle, violet, apple, strawberry, tomatoes
Mars – Coriander, garlic, onion, pepper, radish, basil, tarragon
Jupiter – Fig, clove, anise, oak, nutmeg, sage, dandelion
Saturn – Elm, pine, barley cypress
Note that Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are not included here as these are correspondences from the Victorian Era which yet had to be aware of these planets.
