Sea Salt Protection Bath
If you feel tired or drained you might benefit from a sea salt bath. This is also the traditional re remedy for an attack of any kind on the aura is to take a bath in sea salts. Epsom salts will do the trick too, but I personally think sea salt is the most effective.

           You will need
           Sea salts or Epsom salts

Put about a 1/4 to 1/2 of a cup of sea salts into a bath half filled with tepid water. Immerse yourself in this bath for at least ten minutes, making sure to fully immerse your face and head. When you are done this bath, do not rinse off the salt. Pat dry and go to bed. This bath has the effect of strengthening your electromagnetic field as we as cleansing it from any toxic energy.
