Golden Turtle tea is used in China just to make people feel good. This is trong and rich tea with a very slight hint of fruity aroma. According to Chinese legends, Shui Jin Gui tea belongs a turtle god.

 
This tea has a myth behind it.  Despite achieving god like status after a thousand years of meditation, the turtle god soon felt discontented as his hard effort as the Heaven’s Tea Gardener often went unnoticed. One morning, he awoke to the noise of tea farmers celebrating their harvest of first flush tea leaves happily. Upon seeing this, the turtle god realised that he would be better appreciated as a tea plant so he transformed himself into what is now known as turtle tea.

 
In essence it tastes like an excellent black tea with slight fruity overtones. It is also thought to bestow the four blessings of health, wealth, love and happiness as well as gratitude for being alive.
