Fame and Glory Bath

This is a really nice bath that was deviced by the ultimate Kitchen Witch Lexea Rosean who wrote “The Supermarket Sorceress.” I highly recommend all of her books.

To bask in her fame and glory bath you will need bay leaves and apples.Bay leaves attract fame and the apples have a star (pentagram) inside them, which is why they are considered to be good for bringing fame.

            You will need:

            Nine green or yellow apples

            Nine whole bay leaves

You must do this spell every Sunday for at least nine weeks.Run a bath and throw the bay leaves and apples whole into the water. Get into the bath and immerse yourself for exactly nine minutes.

Oat Bath For Beauty

If you have ever read any of Susan Weed’s Wild Woman books then you will know that she recommends oats as a panacea for everything that could possibly ail the skin eyes and hair.

Oats are symbols of beauty in many religious traditons and are sacred to most fertility and hearth Goddesses. Further more oats have a beneficial effect on the skin acting as both a calming and moisturing agent.

For this magickal bath you will need:

                     Sheaves of oats

This magickal bath is most effective if done on the New or Full Moon.Cast the oats into the bath and immerse yourself for nine minutes. Pat dry.

After you clean out the bath tub, get fed up and go out and buy a pack of Aveeno Oat bath next time.

Peace Be Still, Sam
