If you are looking around in your local China Town for this tea and can’t find it then you can also try looking for it under its other name “Megui Hei.” You will be able to recognize it as it is the only tea that consists of beautiful tiny whole roses (usually red.)

The Gingko tree is also known as the silver apricot. It does not taste like apricots though – it is woody and nutty tasting.  It is also known as the “long life” because the gingko tree lives longer than any other plant in the world.

 
. It is also known as Yin Xing or Gingkyo. It increases blood circulation to the brain and extremities, increases metabolism,relaxes constricted vessels and improves concentration and memory.

The best quality chrysanthemum tea comes from Huang Shan in the An Hui Province. This tea cools the body and is recommended for treating fever, sore throat, and other heat-related illnesses. I get this stuff cold or hot in cans (sold like Coke) in my local China Town. It’s absolutely fantastic on a hot summer’s day.

 
Chrysanthemums by the way are also used to attract a good marriage and wealth.

Grains of Paradise: These little round seeds are carried in the purse or wallet or tucked in a sachet under the pillow to bring luck and guidance in career or money matters.

  

Honeysuckle: The live and dried flowers are used to attract luck business and prosperity.

  

Irish Moss: This is seaweed that can be bought in Caribbean stores. It is traditionally used to make a sweet drink. It is also carried in sachets to bring money to the bearer.

  

Juniper Berries: Associated with Jupiter, the berries of the juniper tree are said to attract luck, good fortune and business success.

  

Mint: All the mints (spearmint, peppermint) are used to attract good spirits and speed good fortune to the bearer.

  

Patchouli: Added to prosperity herb mixes to reinforce the manifestation power of your wishes. Can be bought as an incense, it has a commanding component to it.

Make sure that you can walk completely around your desk in a full circle. This makes sure colleagues or workload does not cramp you and that good chi can reach you!

  

Place a fish tank or fishpond in the southwestern corner of your office. If this is not possible consider building a Koi pond in the southwestern sector outside your building.

  

To enhance your wealth and prosperity, position your indoor water feature in the southeast element of your home or office. For career luck, place it in the north. A tabletop fountain made of bamboo or flat round stones is always good for this purpose.

  

If you have a company signboard or logo it should be optimally placed in the southeastern area, the Southern area or the northern area of your home office.

Sage is an herb of wisdom. A tea made from a teaspoon of sage and a cup of boiling water can be added to the bath-tub or sprinkled throughout the house to help destroy illusions and raise mental clarity. You can also buy it commercially, in tea bags, and drink it to help improve your memory while studying for tests.

  

Sage is also used to clear spaces of bad energy. Even burning just a smidgen of it in an ashtray can clear bad vibes from a room. However for best results buy a sage bundle (available at occult or new age stores) light it and walk around your house “smoking” the place from the front door all around the house in a counterclockwise circle.
