Astral Health

This bath heals you on all four planes – mental, physical, emotional and astral levels and can also help you to receive the answer to the problem in a dream.

 
You will need:

 
1 tbls bicarbonate soda

 5 drops essential oil of Rosemary

 juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp. quality oil, such as sweet almond ½ cup sea salt

One yellow candle

One pink candle

One violet candle

One orange candle

 
Dissolve all ingredients into the bath water.  Light the four candles (and place at the 4 corners of the tub. Be comforted.

 
Don’t rinse the stuff off. Pat dry and remember the dreams you have that night.
